User Types

This Website caters to two different types of users who may be subject to different terms in accordance with this Agreement:

Parents/Guardians/Group Organizers: Parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults purchasing on behalf of children use the platform to browse and purchase tickets to educational events for their children. All purchasers on behalf of children must have the permission of the parent or guardian of the child to do so. Children under 18 are not permitted to use the platform directly.

Event Hosts: Event Hosts use the platform to post family-friendly educational events. Event Hosts may be either individuals or businesses. Events posted to the Website must provide clear details about the event, such as a picture, event title, learning objectives, event description, location, date, time, target student age range, ticket types, prices, and quantity.

Marketing Emails

Marketing emails from us will always have instructions on how to "opt-out." If we have sent you a promotional email you may "opt-out" or you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.

If you have purchased tickets to an event the Event Host may email you directly with pertinent information relating to that event. Event Hosts are required to keep all email correspondences with event attendees relevant to the event and are not permitted to use the email features to promote other events or for business purposes unrelated to the event at hand. If an Event Host is violating this policy please inform us immediately.

While attempts to mask your email will be made there is no guarantee that the Event Host will not be able to see your email. Only Event Hosts of events that you have purchased tickets to will be able to email you directly.
